Brands don't fail because the strategy was wrong. They fail because nobody could carry it.

I've seen it happen. A beautifully built brand that the founder struggles to explain at a dinner party. A positioning so ambitious it collapses the moment it meets a real customer. Strategy that looked perfect in the deck and died somewhere between the boardroom and the world.

So that's what I focus on. Not just what a brand should stand for — but whether the person building it can actually stand behind it. Whether the language feels natural when you say it out loud. Whether the strategy grows with the business instead of getting in its way.

I'm Pranav — a brand strategist based in Pune. I've built brands from scratch and rebuilt ones that had lost their way, across FMCG, financial services, F&B, lifestyle, and healthcare.
